1. Eligibility for Refund
Refund requests may be granted under the following conditions: Technical Issues: If premium features are unusable due to an unresolvable technical issue, a full refund will be provided. Duplicate Payment: If you were accidentally charged twice due to a system error, we will refund the excess amount. Accidental Purchase: If a refund request is submitted within 48 hours after purchase and the premium features were not used, the refund may be granted. Auto-Renewal Issues: If you were charged for auto-renewal unintentionally and request a refund within 7 days, you may be eligible. 14-Day No-Reason Refund: If you request a refund within 14 days of purchase, we will issue a refund even if you do not provide a specific reason, as long as no premium features have been used.

Promotional or Trial Expiry: Subscriptions purchased during promotional periods or trial periods are non-refundable unless there are technical issues. Explicitly Non-Refundable Services: If a product or subscription is clearly marked as non-refundable, it will not be eligible.
